Platform-Level Policy — Applies to All Study Companions

This Refund Policy applies to all study companions and services offered by Notary Test Prep Academy LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("NTPA," "we," "us," or "our").

1. All Sales Final
All sales are final upon enrollment. We encourage you to review the study companion description, FAQ, and any applicable Disclaimers carefully before purchasing.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the information and understand:
• NTPA study companions are supplemental learning companions, not state-approved education
• Completion does not guarantee exam passage or notary appointment
• Content is for educational purposes only and is not legal advice


2. Before You Purchase
We want you to make an informed decision. Before enrolling, please:

3. Technical Issues

We will work with you to resolve access issues promptly. In the rare event that we are unable to provide access to purchased materials due to a technical issue on our end, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

4. Content Updates
We periodically update content to reflect changes in state notary law. These updates are provided at no additional charge to enrolled students while the study companion remains offered. Content updates do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution, we reserve the right to suspend your account access immediately. We encourage you to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to appropriate authorities and collection agencies.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis in our sole discretion. Any exception granted in one case does not obligate us to grant exceptions in other cases.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the change takes effect. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
