A: All content is built directly from official state sources, including your state's notary handbook, governing statutes, and applicable administrative regulations. Practice questions and explanations include citations to the controlling authority so learners can verify answers directly.
Q: Does this use real exam questions or guarantee exam coverage?
A: No. NTPA does not use real exam questions. All practice questions are independently written to reinforce understanding of state notary law and are cited to official sources. NTPA is not affiliated with any exam administrator and does not guarantee exam coverage.
Q: What happens if my state's law changes?
A: NTPA study materials are reviewed and updated periodically to reflect changes in state notary law while the study companion remains offered. Updates are incorporated within a reasonable timeframe after changes are identified. Learners should always verify current requirements with their state's official notary authority.

Q: How long do I have access?
A: Your enrollment includes 12 months of full access to all study materials, practice quizzes, and the AI study partner, Guide, for your selected state. This includes any updates made to reflect changes in state notary law during your access period. Need to extend? Reactivation options are available if your access expires before you're ready.

Q: What if I have trouble accessing my account?
